Legend · who's who & where things run
The city: one building = one venture. Dashed lots are reserved — the honesty rule says they only rise when the venture is real. Overwatch is the trading venture. The purple tower is the Town Hall — city government: its marquee shows the LIVE ticket queue + council light, and Luna (your chief of staff, the orb) floats above it watching the whole city. The Wolf Den (aggressive book) stays a reserved lot until its demo track record exists.

Where things actually run: the radar runs in the cloud on GitHub Actions and pushes your real numbers into the HQ (live/latest.json) every run — PC on or off. The demo trading bot runs on Claude scheduled tasks, demo account only (4 sleeves: TF-GLD, MR-SPY, MR-QQQ, MOM-BTC). Atlas (this page) is served from the NAS and only reads the HQ — it never trades and never touches a bot. Luna reads the same HQ from GitHub, kept fresh by the PC's auto-sync.
The WALL: radar holds a read-only key to the real account; the bot holds a demo key only; the two never mix. Agents analyze and propose — nothing executes without your yes.
Motion rules (Live): at desk = working · bench / roof / coffee = idle · elevator = a real handoff. Showcase animates everything as a demo. The caped flyer is pure flavor. Amber stamp = last-known data, green = genuinely fresh.
